The Unpacking Us Membership is for anyone who needs support between therapy sessions, is waiting for a therapist, or does not want to see a therapist, but could use assistance moving forward in life.

The membership is only $15 and is charged to your card on file once a month.

Yes! Joining the membership does not require you to participate in the calls, but it does help to keep the costs as low as possible so we can help as many people as possible!
